Suitable always looks like a good idea, but when rubber meets the road, do you find that fixed with your fitness routine can be very difficult? Do you find it difficult to make a plan that ensures your fitness but doesn’t spend too much time?
Ideally, your fitness routine must include physical activity of four to five days a week, but sometimes it is impossible. If you add work or school to everyday life activities, sticking to the fitness plan can be a real task. But don’t despair. There are several ways you can keep your fitness plan very simple. Here are five ways to make fitness into an easy and effective part of your life:
1. Plan for convenience
If you want to exercise in the gym, then choose one that is on the way to or from work or school. This makes it easy to stop by and exercise in the morning or evening. Don’t make yourself drive away. Make it work comfortably. If you don’t want to join a gym, you can still stick to your fitness routine by parking your car far enough from school or working so you get a quick trip twice a day.
2. Fuel your body correctly
If your body hurts or is tired of any reason (usually from stress) then naturally you will feel reluctant to exercise. To help you stick to your fitness program, make sure you trigger your body with the right nutrition. Add food vitamins and minerals for your diet. Drink lots of water, especially during the winter. Antioxidants will also keep your body waste and flexible. Foods that are rich in antioxidants including fruit, garlic, carrots, soybeans, and seeds. If you can’t get antioxidants regularly in your diet, you can take pill-based supplements such as vitamin E, C, and A (in beta-carotene). Blue-green and Spirulina algae also offer a strong source of antioxidant nutrition.
3. Plan ahead
You can ensure that you remain on your fitness routine if you actually schedule it to your weekly calendar. Instead of waking up in the morning hoping your day will go well and that you will “feel like” falling by the gym on the way home from work, make a plan. You might even schedule your practice with your friend so you will have a sure incentive to exercise according to plan.
4. distract you
Not that you don’t want to concentrate during your exercise but if “feeling burns” tends to discourage your heart from your fitness regimen, then by all means distracting you. Try listening to the mp3 player when you exercise. If you plan to exercise on foot from the parking lot far to and from work, try calling friends on your cellphone while walking. If you exercise in the gym, tone to the TV to keep your mind from your activities.

Make sure your fitness plan is not about “no pain, no advantage”! Plan several ways to appreciate yourself when you are stuck on your fitness plan. Whether you are in for a relaxed pedicure or just stop by the local yogurt shop for some frozen yogurt without pass without passion, make sure you get a prize for your fitness efforts!
